A client needed two fundamentally different platforms at the same time. A professional B2B e-commerce platform with over 3,000 products. And a fully custom delivery platform for a gas company with barcode scanning, route management, and driver apps. Traditional agencies would quote 6-12 months and EUR 50K+ for this scope.

Two Platforms, One Sprint
B2B E-commerce Platform
Professional B2B e-commerce platform with 3,000+ products built on WooCommerce. Products imported and structured. Mollie payment integration, PostNL shipping calculations, and AI-generated product descriptions for the entire catalog. Currently in final testing before launch.
Custom Delivery Platform
Built completely from scratch for a gas delivery company with 100+ clients nationwide. Empty folder to complete platform. Laravel backend, Progressive Web App for drivers with barcode scanning, route management, customer portals, admin dashboards, and WeFact invoicing integration. No templates, no shortcuts - everything custom. Currently in beta with real users.
The Challenge
Two platforms that could not be more different. One is an e-commerce store - complex in scale, but a known pattern. The other is a completely custom operations platform that no off-the-shelf solution could handle. Barcode scanning, driver route optimization, real-time delivery tracking, multi-role portals - this is software that had to be engineered from the ground up.
The client needed both. At the same time. And they needed them fast.
The Approach
This is the difference between template development and custom engineering. The e-commerce platform leverages WooCommerce for what it does best - catalog management and e-commerce - while adding AI-powered product descriptions to handle 3,000+ products efficiently. The delivery platform could never have been built with Wix, Shopify, or any other platform. It required from-scratch engineering: a real backend, a real PWA, real barcode scanning, real route management.
By running both projects in parallel with shared infrastructure knowledge, we delivered in 26 days what would typically take 6-12 months.
