‹ What we do

Digital transformation

Turning paper, Excel and scattered tools into one working system. So your people retype less, make fewer mistakes, and you can see what is happening at any moment.

What that means in practice

  • Orders, stock, planning and invoices talk to each other. Enter once, available everywhere.
  • Your staff work on a phone or tablet, also on the road or in the warehouse.
  • Connections to what you already have: accounting (for example WeFact), payments (Mollie), shipping (PostNL).
  • You see in real time what is going on: what has been ordered, what is on its way, what is still open.
  • AI where it really helps, for example to answer questions from your own documents. Not because it is possible, but because it saves time.

How we approach it

We start on the shop floor: how does it work now, where is time lost, what must not go wrong. Then we build step by step. Old and new way run side by side for a while, so work continues. Your team is trained and everything is documented in plain language.

Ongoing support

Want someone who keeps improving the system and answers your questions after delivery? That is possible: 15 to 20 hours a week, cancellable monthly. Everything stays yours.

How it goes

1

See how it works now

A day on the floor. What happens on paper, in Excel, in people’s heads.

2

Plan with a fixed price

What we tackle first, what next, what it costs and what it delivers.

3

Build step by step

Each step works before we start the next. Your team reviews along the way.

4

Go-live and training

The system runs, your people can work with it, and you can manage it yourself.

What it costs

  • Per project, with a fixed price up front.
  • Small steps are possible: first the part that costs the most time, then the rest.
  • Ongoing support after delivery: a fixed monthly amount for 15 to 20 hours a week, cancellable monthly.
  • The first call is free.

Frequently asked questions

Does everything have to happen at once?

No. We start with the part that costs the most time or money. Once that works, we look at the next step.

My people are not that comfortable with computers.

We take that into account. The system is built around how they work, not the other way round. And we train them until it comes naturally.

What happens to my current accounting?

It stays. We connect the new system to it, so invoices and customers match automatically.
