From order to invoice
One chain, built end to end. Whatever the company delivers.
What We Build
What a business needs is different in every business. One needs a B2B webshop where trade customers order at their own prices. Another needs a delivery platform where drivers scan and collect a signature. Another needs stock tracked per item, or a portal where customers see their own invoices. The form differs every time, and we start from your work rather than from a package.
What does not differ is that we build the whole chain. Not a webshop that hands off to a spreadsheet, and not a delivery app that leaves the invoicing to you. From the moment an order comes in to the moment the invoice goes out, as one system. Whether a company delivers gas cylinders, flowers or machine parts, that chain has the same shape.
The Chain
- Order
- A webshop or ordering system that fits how your customers actually buy: business prices, agreed terms, repeat orders, approval by a purchasing department.
- Stock
- Every item traceable, whether that is a serial number, a batch or a location. So you know what you have, what is out and what is coming back.
- Delivery
- Route planning, a driver app that works on a phone in the field, scanning at the door, a signature, and live tracking for the customer.
- Invoicing
- The invoice follows from the delivery, not from retyping. Connected to the accounting package you already use.
- Insight
- Dashboards and portals for the people who need them: your team, your customers, and you.
An Example
A client needed two fundamentally different platforms at the same time. A professional B2B webshop with more than 3,000 products, and a fully custom delivery platform for a supplier with more than a hundred business customers across the country, including barcode scanning, route management and driver apps. Traditional agencies would quote 6 to 12 months and EUR 50K+ for this scope.
2B Global delivered both at once in 26 days — one team, two very different codebases, running in parallel. Both are live in production and in daily use. Sharing infrastructure, tooling and deployment knowledge across the two, instead of staffing them as separate builds, is what made that timeline possible.

Published without names and without screenshots, at the client’s request. The figures, the stack and the timeline are exactly as delivered.
What It Runs On
We use a standard product where it is genuinely the best answer, and build from scratch where it is not. The webshop runs on WooCommerce for what it does best — catalogue and commerce — with Mollie payments, PostNL shipping and AI-generated descriptions for the whole catalogue. The delivery platform could never have been built on Wix or Shopify, so it was not: a Laravel backend, a progressive web app for drivers with barcode scanning, route management, customer portals, admin dashboards and WeFact invoicing.
- Driver app with barcode scanning, working on phones in the field
- Route management and delivery tracking operational
- Admin dashboards and customer portals in daily use
- Invoicing connected and processing automatically
- An estimated 3+ hours of daily administration saved
“The delivery platform could not have been built with Wix or Shopify. It had to be from scratch. And that does not have to take six months.”
Why This Matters
Most agencies pick one lane. Either they do e-commerce, or they do custom development, and whichever they do, they hand you the rest as your problem. You end up with a webshop that does not know what is in stock, and a delivery process that lives in a spreadsheet.
The chain is where the time goes, and the chain is where it is won back. Build it as one system and the retyping disappears, the errors disappear with it, and you can see what is happening in your own business. That holds whatever you deliver.
