What we do

Research

Sometimes the question is: which market, which customers, does my plan hold up? Then we find out. With sources, facts only, and at the end a document in plain language with what we would do.

What we find out

  • Your market: how big it is, who your competitors are, what is legally allowed, where the room is.
  • Your customers: who they are, who they should be, and a list of names to approach.
  • Your numbers: what you earn on what, and where money leaks away.
  • Your plan: is it feasible, what does it cost, what does it deliver, in which order.
  • New markets or countries: where first, and with whom.

Facts only

Every claim in our research has a source. If we are not sure about something, we say so. You do not get a thick report full of jargon, but a document in plain language with what we would do and why.

Why us

20+ years of building businesses in hospitality, streaming, AI, events and energy. That is why we see patterns that single-industry specialists miss. If you then want someone who keeps thinking along, that is business advice; if you want to build, we can do that too. Neither is required.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference with business advice?

Research is a project with a report as the result. Business advice is ongoing thinking along on running your business; research is sometimes part of it.

Do I have to build with you afterwards?

No. The advice stands on its own. If you want to build, that can be with us or with someone else.

How long does research take?

A first piece of research usually two to four weeks. Market research across several countries takes longer; we agree that up front.
