Privacy statement
This statement covers the website 2bglobal.eu: which data we process when you visit the site or get in touch, why, with whom and for how long.

Who we are
2B Global Hospitality & Marketing BV, based in Amsterdam, Chamber of Commerce (KVK) 58335552, is responsible for the processing described here. Send questions or requests to info@2bglobal.eu.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no Google Analytics or other tracking services. That is why there is no cookie banner.
If you book a call from the contact page, the Cal.com calendar opens. That service is covered by Cal.com’s own privacy policy.
When you visit the site
The site runs on an Akamai (Linode) server in Frankfurt, Germany. As with any web server, each visit is logged with your IP address, the time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser type. This is needed to keep the site secure and working. These server logs are deleted automatically after 90 days.
From those logs we produce our own visitor statistics: counts per page, per hour and per day. We only use the IP address to check whether a search engine bot really is who it claims to be; it is not stored in the statistics.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website and in understanding how it is used.
When you use the contact form
You enter your name, email address, optionally your company name, and your message. We only use these details to reply to your message. The form is sent as an email through Resend (an email service based in the United States) and arrives in our mailbox. You receive an automatic confirmation at the address you entered.
We keep your message for as long as needed for the contact and any engagement that follows from it.
Legal basis: your request to be contacted, and after that, where relevant, preparing an agreement.
When you speak your request
On the contact page you can also speak your request. This only happens when you press the button yourself and your browser allows the microphone.
The recording goes to Groq (United States), which turns it into text. That text goes to NVIDIA (United States), which turns it into a clearly worded message. The result comes back into the form so you can read and edit it before you send anything. Our server does not store the recording. How long Groq and NVIDIA keep data is set out in their own terms.
Legal basis: your consent, which you give by starting the recording. If you would rather not, simply type your message.
Your rights
You can ask us which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Email info@2bglobal.eu; we reply within one month.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
