Conversation and plan
Week 1. We get to the bottom of your business and your goal. You get a plan with a fixed price.
Design
Week 2. What it looks like and how it works, on paper, before a single line of code.
Build
Weeks 3 to 6. We build, you review weekly and steer.
Test and handover
Weeks 7 and 8. Testing with real users, security check, go-live, training.
What it costs
- Fixed price up front, always. No hourly billing.
- A complete 8-week project costs €10,000 to €25,000, depending on what needs to be built.
- Payment in three parts: 40% at the start, 30% halfway, 30% on delivery.
- Smaller jobs are possible too; we discuss that in the first call.
Frequently asked questions
I have no technical knowledge. Is that a problem?
No. That is exactly who we work for. You know your business, we know the technology. Everything is explained in plain language.
Why not just a standard package?
Sometimes that is fine, and then we say so. But as soon as your business works differently from what the package expects, you end up working for the software instead of the other way round. Custom software adapts to you.
What if it breaks after delivery?
The first 30 days we help for free. After that you can choose ongoing support, cancellable monthly, or manage it yourself. Everything is documented.
Can someone else extend it later?
Yes. The code is yours and fully documented. You are not tied to us.
